Strangen Plaques on the Streets of Boston

While Greg and I were on our boston expedition to buy Red Sox tickets, I came upon some strange metal plaques in the cement. The first one says "Don't Dump: Drains to Charles River",

The 2nd one says : "don't dump: Drains to Boston Harbor". I don't know what the strange symbolism is. I guess in the old days, people would dump chemicals? trash? liquids? down the sewers of boston....so the city must have put these in the ground to stop this mad practice.
The other pictures from our excursion are from the Great Restaurant: Boston Beer Works. The first entree is South by Southwest Chicken Sausage, with scallion potatoes and fresh green beans. the dish is prepared with a spicy sauce layering the plate. The spicy taste and texture of the dish are awesome.
The next picture is me drinking a glass of: WATERMELON BEER! Boston Beer Works brew a number of strange beers. a summertime favorite is WATERMELON BEER. It is very tasty. it has a semi bitter taste, as a fine pale ale would. I recommend it if you find yourself in good ole beantown during the summer.
The next picture is Greg across the street from the boston beer works. the establishment is right across from FAMOUS FENWAY PARK! yes!
alright, i'll see you all soon,
93!
